The Tetra Pak Internship Program aims to develop student talent through the experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering opportunities for them to develop on a personal and professional level. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor.  The Tetra Pak internship program offers students a world of experience and opportunity.

The positions are based in Denton, Texas.
 
The duration of the Internship Program depends on the position, specified below.

What you will do
As a Quality Intern you will:
•    Data analysis and reporting
•    Analyze process performance and improvement opportunities through statistical process control. 
•    Develop audit checklist for condition management.
•    Develop local procedures.
In this position, we are responsible for Data analysis and reporting, Statistical process control, process control development and monitoring, and more!

Maintenance Intern 
As a Maintenance Intern in Tetra Pak, you will have the opportunity to:
•    Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and improvements to ensure the reliability and availability of company equipment and facilities.
•    Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement.
•    Conduct root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of equipment failures, develop and implement corrective actions.
•    Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance program to reduce downtime and increase equipment reliability.
•    Conduct regular audits of maintenance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with standards.
•    Develop and implement maintenance training programs to improve maintenance technician skills.
•    Work closely with maintenance technicians and operations to ensure compliance with maintenance procedures and guidelines.
•    Actively participate and eventually lead maintenance reliability kaizen teams.
•    Develop and maintain maintenance-related documentation, including work instructions, procedures, and manuals.
•    Work closely with other stakeholders to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
•    Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Finishing Production Intern 
The Finishing production Intern will be responsible for developing strategy oriented to increase productivity in our quality and perfect pallet process. The selected candidate will work closely with production technicians, engineers, operators, and other stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies, procedures, and improvements to increase the productivity.
In this area, your main activities are:
•    Analyze production data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement.
•    Conduct root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of losses, develop and implement corrective actions.
•    Develop and maintain a productivity increase program to reduce downtime and increase throughput.
•    Conduct regular audits of maintenance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with standards.
•    Develop and implement training programs to improve operators’ skills.
•    Work closely with maintenance technicians and operations to ensure compliance with maintenance procedures and guidelines.
•    Actively participate and eventually lead continues improvement kaizen teams.

Planning and Logistics Intern 
As an Intern working in the Logistics area of Tetra Pak you will:
•    Support local implementation of global logistics improvement processes
•    Provide input to Logistics cost saving activities and follow up
•    Prepare reports on performance related to Safety, Quality, Cost and Service
•    Loss deployments and to coordinate and follow up
•    Support logistics process in the operational skill matrix and training material.
