Customer Service Operations Internship

Customer Service Operations Intern – Services Team
Duration: May 19, 2025 – May 8, 2025
(Full-time from May 19 - August 15, then part-time max. 20 hours/week)

 

This internship is based in Denton, TX
 
Salary Range: $21-$24 / hour

What you will do

 

As part of the CSO (Customer Service Operations) team, you will help with the assignments of our Service Delivery Engineers for onsite customer needs as well as support with the technical parts orders.

 

As Customer Service Operations Intern, your main activities will be:

 

  • Creation of service orders.
  • Interaction with Field Services teams across different markets. 
  • Creation and dispatch of purchase requisitions and purchase orders in a timely manner.
  • Provide assistance to the Research Planner team.
  • Providing exceptional internal/external customer service.

We believe you have

 

  • At least 2 years of college experience towards an engineering degree.
  • Experience working on a team.
  • Ability to solve problems in a timely manner.
