IT Intern Denton

 

The Tetra Pak Internship Program is your pass to the professional world, offering you hands-on experience and valuable networking opportunities. You will experience real situations in the corporate world and develop on a personal and professional level. Upon joining our team, you will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities. In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare you to put your full potential into action.

 

We are offering five (5) different internships based in Denton, TX.


 
Salary Range: $21-$24 / hour

 

The duration of the Internship Program depends on the position, as specified below.

 

Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas, relocation, or housing for these positions.

What you will do

 

IT Intern - Technical Infrastructure Product Development Team
Duration: May 19, 2025 - May 8, 2026 (Full-time from May 19 - August 15, then part-time max. 20 hours/week)

OR

Duration: May 19, 2025 – August 15, 2025 (full-time, 40 hours/week)

 

As our IT Intern you will gain solid understanding of our IT infrastructure and how it supports our end-users and teams. In detail, you will support your colleagues with: 

 

  • Working Agile, leveraging Scrum
  • Developing capabilities within ServiceNow IT Operations Management and Enterprise Monitoring Tools
  • Developing automation capabilities with coding languages such as Python, Powershell, Ansible
  • Creating solutions and developing data driven reports
  • Presenting solutions

 

Suggested majors: Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computer Information Systems.

 

The ideal candidate will already know a bit of Automation or coding languages (Python, PowerShell, etc.), APIs and PowerBI.

Business Process Management (BPM) and Enterprise Architecture (EA) Intern
Duration: May 19, 2025 – August 15, 2025 (full-time, 40 hours/week)

 

In this position you will Work with Business Process Management (BPM) and Enterprise Architecture (EA) concepts within the Tetra Pak Design Authority Process Office. You will support the team with: 

 

  • Model processes and process data
  • Design processes in our process tool (Signavio) using Business Process Management Notation (BPM)
  • Work with process Categorization / Classification taxonomies and hierarchies
  • Research BPM and EA concepts
  • Drive and participate projects

 

Suggested majors: Computer Information Systems, Business Process Management, Business Strategy, Enterprise Architecture.

IT Service Intern
Duration: May 19, 2025 - November 14, 2025
(Full-time from May 19 - August 15, then part-time max. 20 hours/week)

 

In this position you will provide support in different administrative activities related to the preparation of all kinds of IT equipment refresh and disposal.  

 

Suggested majors: Computer Science and related majors.
