Future Talent – Customer Management Analyst

This position will be based in Denton, TX.

 

You would be required to travel up to 10% of your time.

 

The start date for the Future Talent Program is July 14, 2025.

What you will do

 

As a Future Talent – Customer Management Analyst, you will:

 

  • Learn the processes in our Customer Service & Design area.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, make automation recommendations and execute on them
  • Participate in analysis and follow up of sales opportunities and promote services based on customer information, together with Services (Key) Account Managers, Service Delivery Managers and Planners.
  • Participate in customer relationships from an operational perspective and transactional sales through structured communication
  • Have close communication and collaboration with vendors on price quotes and new materials
  • Participate in analysis of and follow-up on customer satisfaction results together with Services functions
  • Lead communication and planning with customers
  • Participate in preparation of service contract execution and confirm resources for delivery of services and service delivery control.

We believe you have

 

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Business Administration or Supply chain.
  • Finished or will finish your studies between May 2023 and May 2025.
  • Great interpersonal skills and empathy.
  • An outgoing personality and collaborative work style.
  • Automation knowledge (PowerBI, ideally PowerAutomate, SQL). 
  • Ideally Supply Chain experience, or experience in customer service.
  • Good presentation skills, as well as good understanding of business in general.
  • A very analytical, data driven mindset.
