Customer Service Representative

 

The Customer Service Representative Drive Order Management and Design handling operational performance within a assigned portfolio of customers and work on a continuous improvement approach towards process improvement. 
The position is based in Denton, TX.
You will be travelling up to 5% of your time. 
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

 

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

 

Drive customer SC integration and engagement within SA team:

 

  • Secure SC representation within SA team
  • Understand and build supply chain elements/actions into the Key account plan
  • Develop customer understanding and relationships through regular physical visits to customers
  • sharing a specific Supply Chain Agenda (Lead)
  • Drive value added activities with direct impact to customers cost reductions
  • Drive forecasting process with the customer and KA team
  • Identify customer demand patterns and build the best fit supply chain solution to fulfill it

 

Secure OFPM operations at customer level:

 

  • Execute order management process and secure supply chain PM / AM order fulfillment: Order
  • management, design. administration, invoicing, claim administration, logistics.
  • Synergy with internal functions like planning, logistics, additional material, marketing, technical
  • service
  • Drive NPD operational execution
  • Drive WCM improvement activities from customer perspective
  • Focused KPI´s (customer dashboard)
     
Who you are

 

We believe you have:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong English communication skills both written and oral.
  • Strong business understanding and customer service.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office – advanced Excel and PowerPoint), SAP R/3
  • Must be detail oriented, with strong organizational skills and able to multi task
