Credit & Collections Analyst


In this position you will help resolve questions and issues related to Credit and Collection. You will ensure policy compliance for a cluster or group of companies and participate in cluster and/or company related projects for Credit and Control and due receivables. 
The position is based in Denton, TX.
Tetra Pak is not considering applicants (Internal or External) who require International relocation to the United States.

What you will do


As a Credit & Collections Analyst you will:


  • Be the main point of contact for customers as well as be the daily counterpart for the Key Account team in our Carton Chilled price segment
  • Be responsible for rebate calculation and payment for Chilled & Ambient
  • Be in charge of marketing support payment process:  Creation of vendor / validation proof / Payment
  • Manage Credit / Debit memo for Returns / Cancellation
  • Manage Credit / Debit memo for Double billing / Claims / Settlement
  • Manage Credit / Debit memo for Freight over / under charges
  • Manage Credit / Debit memo for Project credit, with cost assignment to projects
  • Be responsible for billing waste sales and Collection as well as lease billing 

Who you are


We believe you have:


  • A Bachelor degree majored in Accounting / Business Administration or about 5 years of experience in accounting functions
  • Experience in a complex, global company
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel is required
  • Experience in SAP or similar ERP is preferred
  • The ability to manage stakeholders
  • Strong, collaborative problem solving skills
  • High detail orientation and thorough investigation skills
