Job Summary

 

In this role, you will support the global Facility & Real Estate Management (FREM) organization by analyzing operational performance, financial results, and investment business cases. Your insights and recommendations will play a critical role in shaping decisions and driving improvements, with opportunities to present directly to senior management. You will join a dynamic team committed to delivering impactful changes across Tetra Pak globally.
FREM is a global function responsible for ensuring high-quality facility management services, optimizing our real estate footprint, and creating safe, inspiring, and efficient workplaces that reflect the Tetra Pak brand—all while advancing site sustainability.
This position can be based at our Tetra Pak offices in Denton, Texas, US or Monte Mor, Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

 

What you will do

 

As a Business Controller FREM, you will:

 

  • Deliver financial analysis, insights, and management reporting to support informed decision-making. 
  • Support the annual budget, forecasting, and 3-year planning processes, including financial and non-financial KPIs. 
  • Control all FREM expenses and investments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting policies. 
  • Actively drive FREM teams do deliver financial performance and productivity initiatives. 
  • Prepare and follow up on investment business cases and benefit realization. 
  • Act as liaison between FREM, Finance, collaborators, and business units 
  • Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and simplification using group tools and benchmarks. 
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS16, segregation of duties, and Tetra Pak reporting guidelines. 
  • Share best practices and collaborate with other controllers and finance teams.

 

We believe you have

 

  • We are looking for a professional with 3–5 years of proven experience in finance. Exposure to global or regional roles is a strong advantage. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential. A bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field is required, while a master’s degree is considered a plus.
  • To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving. You thrive in dynamic environments, engaging effectively with diverse colleagues and external partners.
  • We value individuals with high drive, initiative, and solid business acumen—those who can transform insights into clear, actionable recommendations that create impact. You are confident in influencing decision-makers through informal authority.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills are key, as you will interact with stakeholders at all organizational levels. You are a collaborative team player, capable of managing conflicts constructively.
    Additionally, you are performance-oriented, highly organized, and committed to delivering accurate, timely results. You can manage project-based assignments under tight deadlines with professionalism and focus.
