Job Summary

 

We are looking for a System Support Associate Processing. In this role you will be responsible for learning how to support in the areas of Issue Resolution using problem solving methodologies and securing quality reporting during all activities.
You can be based in any of our offices in Mexico.
You will be travelling is around 75% to 85% of your time to our customer sites.

What you will do

 

As a System Support Associate Processing you will: 

 

  • Perform complex issue resolution and systematic troubleshooting of filling machines. Ensure the case is accurately investigated and findings are analysed according to problem solving methodology. Recommend actions for root cause eradication, drive for containment solutions and horizontal prevention. Lead systematic feedback for processing equipment issues
  • Onsite or remotely support to colleagues and customers in order to solve issues
  • Lead the completion of Technical Assistance Report at the end of the activities including QuTI-P  in timely way
  • Promote and deliver Technical support service products and Expert services, when applicable 
  • Support project manager (PSE) with system specific expertise during pre-project and installation of processing equipment with focus on NPI (New Product Introduction) & Market Company readiness advice
  • Participate in audit of processing equipment and installation and drive performance improvement activities
  • Train customer & Market Company staff in key technologies, when relevant
  • Actively be part of Rebuilding/Upgrade Kit local development as well provide support to field test of Containment and Permanent Solutions
  • Build and maintain technical network on different geographies and global level
  • Provide  support and share experience with TP colleagues and customer i.e. promote workshops focusing on the areas of processing equipment
  • Support Key Account team in Business Opportunity analysis
  • Support the development of AQP (Aseptic Qualification Process) and Calibration procedures intended to US market 

We believe you have

 

  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical or Automation Engineering/Technician
  • 5 years of work experience Field Service Engineer or Field Service Technician
  • Good knowledge in start up, Commissioning and Troubleshooting of processing equipment
  • Experience with Tetra Pak key components, plant compontes and systems (TTAFlex, VTIS) 
  • Background in other equipment and aumtomation will be a plus
  • Proficiency in English & Spanish Communications 
  • Structured thinker and problem solving mindset (PSM)
  • Team player and work across boundaries
  • Good collaboration and conflict management skills 
  • Focused on the result
