Job Summary

 

At Tetra Pak we are looking for a Service Support Administrator who will execute the delivery of high quality service administration, across the region to ensure satisfaction of relevant stakeholders by providing high quality administrative services at agreed service level.
The position is based in Cuautitlán, México.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position. 

What you will do

 

As a Service Support Administrator you will: 

 

  • Execute administrative activities in large area or across several areas and providing back up anywhere in the region, delivering high quality service to the relevant stakeholders, with consistent communication and high level of efficiency, resulting in high level of satisfaction.
  • Execute regular and systematic collection of internal and customer data, maintain relevant databases. Based on this data, provide relevant reporting, visual management and regular communication to relevant stakeholders. Analyze, resolve and escalate cases of missing or inaccurate data collection.
  • Lead in ordering and order coordination of relevant parts, tools, services, uniforms, personal protective equipment and materials.
  • Execute relevant purchasing and invoicing activities within area of responsibility and according to Corporate Governance policy.
  • Lead in strong collaboration between service administration and services support teams to provide continuously effective administration and effective back-up solutions.
  • Lead in the definition, development and deployment of visual management and management reporting including the right metrics for service administration.
  • Participate in the consistent application of global standards, processes, local and legal requirements for service support
  • Participate in continuous improvement, share and learn and implementation of best practices, related to service support. Take on additional role of Process Super User, as required. Coach colleagues in the Services support model as required.

We believe you have

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • 2 – 3 years+ Administrative experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Autonomous, analytical and process driven
  • Intermediate English level
