Job Summary

 

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be pivotal for Tetra Pak services by leading a team of professionals within service operation that share a passion for delivering technical support to processing equipment and filling lines. You will be responsible for managing a part of the Service organization. This individual will ensure Tetra Pak provides our customers with a high quality of services, and that all issues are dealt with in the most effective and satisfactory way both for the customer and Tetra Pak. The Service Delivery Manager will help develop key field personnel.
 

The position is based in Aguascalientes, México.
You will be travelling 75% of your time to our customer sites.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

 

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will focus on:

 

  • Teamwork with planning and lead scheduling process for resource availability and competence development across assigned area of responsibility with a 3-year horizon, in a timely manner with a high level of quality and stakeholder involvement.
  • Lead resource capacity and competence development across own area of responsibility, in collaboration with relevant functional networks and approved subcontractor companies to ensure the right competence is available at the right time and at the right cost across the cluster.
  • Lead the Tactical Planning process through analysis of long-term capacity and competence constraints (for over or under capacity) with a 3-5-year horizon. Provide relevant headcount, maturity level acceleration and career migration inputs into CBP process and Strategic Planning.
  • Lead the consistent application of global standards, processes, local and legal requirements for resource planning and competence development. Collaborate with Training Services team to ensure proper planning of internal and customer training activities.
  • Lead the definition, development and deployment of visual management and management reporting including the right metrics for resource planning and competence development.
  • Lead continuous improvement, share and learn and implementation of best practices, related to resource planning and competence development, including soft skills.
  • As required, lead, develop and manage direct reports according to the global HR processes, standards and definitions.
  • As required, take an additional role of Cluster Sub Process Driver contributing to process implementation and continuous improvement of the business process in own area of responsibility.

We believe you have

 

  • Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Industrial or related engineering degree is mandatory.
  • 4 years of experience in the front line with customers in processing and packaging equipment.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience working with complex machines, preferably in the food industry. Having experience with Tetra Pak machines or similar, will be a plus.
  • Able to engage with field force and service account teams to provide support and motivation.
  • Strong Leadership and productivity focus skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Proven discipline and organizational agility.
  • Strong continuous improvement focus.
