Job Summary

 

At Tetra Pak we are looking for a new Resource Planner to be responsible for the planning and scheduling of the Field Service Engineers activities, internal and at Customers´s sites, using proper tools, methods and interaction with Stakeholders. The deliveries have direct influence in Productivity, Quality and Cost indicators. 


The position is based in Cuautitlan Izcalli, Mexico.
Availability to travel 15% of the time.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position. 

What you will do

 

As Resource Planner will:

 

  • Be responsible for the Planning Board of Field Sevice Operation, aiming for the best productivity, quality and adequate cost for internal and final Customers
  • Participate of Strategic Plan for 6 months, providing inputs to Line Managers
  • Interact with others areas, understanding the best way for incoming demands, assign the best option to customers
  • Participate actively of internal meetings, related to resources 
  • Be creative and supportive in the use of methodologies and tools aiming for continuous Improvement on planning processes
  • Be analytical, providing outcomes from planning data to best manage resources 
  • Be responsible for local planning performance indicators (KPIs) settings, updates and routines oriented to overcoming them
  • Participate in management meetings with local and external stakeholders
  • Deliver specific training, referring to planning processes and planning tools to stakeholders
  • Backup Team in other areas of the cluster, if planning support is needed

We believe you have

 

  • Bachelor Degree or relevant background Administration, Engineering degree or equivalent;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point) 
  • Experience in Planning/Scheduling resources (material resources);
  • Experience on Planning PME software is a plus;
  • Excellent Communication in English & Spanish, both written and verbal is required
