Job Summary

The Tetra Pak Internship Programme aims to qualify potential talented students through experience of real-life situations in the corporate world, offering them opportunities to develop both personally and professionally. Our approach prepares new talent to face their next professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of peers and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your daily activities.  In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new fellows to realize their full potential.

The position will be based in Polanco, Mexico City.

Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

As a Project Management Intern you will:

  • Manage projects to develop tools and methods to improve & automated the administrative activities as planning resources,
  • Prepare information for closing meetings
  • Follow up to delivery date for spare parts and equipment, validate consistency in the information between our different tools (Plan view, Project place and Sap). In our project Manager Office to save time in our processes.

We believe you have

Bachelor Studies in progress: Engineering or administration (Industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering, administration, Chemical or food engineering), or similar.

Desirable skills/knowledge: 

  • Microsoft Office intermediate (Excel) 
  • Power Bi and Power Automate desirable
  • Intermediate English
  • Professional with strong teamwork abilities and a collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively with cross‑functional teams to achieve shared goals
  • Availability for internships: from August 03 to July 2027.
  • Graduation is expected: July 2027 or later
  • Availability to work hybrid ( 3 days in the office and 2 days at home ) and commute to our center 6 hours a day, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., throughout the program
  • (note: The hybrid scheme may change according to the needs of the business)

  • Video interview (March 17 – April 17)
  • Interview (April 20 - April 30)
  • Admission (May 4 - May 22)
  • Start Date August 3, 2026
