Job Summary

 

We are looking for an individual who can combine manufacturing techniques with knowledge of the Tetra Pak product portfolio to lead improvements on the shop floor, serving as the main contact with engineering regarding technical matters.
The position is on-site, based at our Production Center in  Cuautitlan Izcali, Estado de México.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

 

What you will do

 

  • Drive improvements with engineering areas, including business streams or market operations for pre-fab modules.
  • Identify complex technical problems that are not immediately evident in the existing process by suggesting and/or implementing new work methodologies with production operators.
  • Develop production personnel in technical matters related to Tetra Pak modules.
  • Follow internal procedures when implementing corrective actions.
  • Support Continuous Improvement activities TPM/WCM.
  • Assist production operators in sharing best practices and technical know-how.
  • Understand and disseminate component manuals to convey technical information to production operators.

 

We believe you have

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Preferred fields of study: Industrial, Mechanical or Automation.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role as a Manufacturing Engineer, preferably in an ETO (Engineering to Order) environment.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English language.
  • Demonstrate technical skills, good knowledge processing equipment. 
  • Excellent knowledge on manufacturing techniques, tools and methods.
  • Possess an analytical mindset.
