Job Summary

 

As our Logistic Officer and Data Analyst you will join our Logistics Team Supporting Tetra Pak Services Supply Network Organization. Our bread and butter is to secure on time deliveries to our customers located in Americas Region, filling them with on time actionable data to support their decisions. All above with high focus on reducing cost, secure supply, optimize quality, ensure foreign trade compliance and not the least to drive sustainability improvements.  

 

The position is based in Cuautitlan, Mexico 

 

Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position. 

What you will do

 

As a Logistics Officer you will: 

 

  • Daily problem-solving to efficiently and effectively support On time Deliveries by providing best logistic solution and Service;
  • Daily interaction with colleagues in a truly multi-cultural and multi-dimensional Services Supply Network;
  • Ensure compliance with the rules and regulations established by the authorities, as well as compliance with Tetra Pak procedures;
  • Lots of opportunities and will be expected to take initiative and to suggest new ideas to deliver value;
  • Other things you will work with;
  • Defining the data needed to be analyzed to drive the correct decisions and actions;
  • Driving standardization and automation of data collection, consolidation and analysis. 

We believe you have

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field;
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish;
  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or warehouse. Internships are welcome; 
  • Basic understanding of logistics;
  • Experience working with Power Automate, Python etc;
  • Experience with Power BI and other business analytics tools;
  • Experience working with MS Office tools (excel, power point, etc). Nice to have experience using SAP;
  • Skills: Analytical mindset, organized, details oriented, team player.
