Field Service Operations Resource Planner

 

At Tetra Pak we are looking for a new Field Service Operations Resource Planner that will be responsible for the activities planning and scheduling of Field Service Engineers and special service tools, internal and at Customer´s sites, using proper company tools, methods, processes, and constant interaction with internal stakeholders.
The deliveries have a direct influence on Productivity, Quality of delivery and financial performance of our service business.
The position is based in Cuautitlán, Edo.Mex., and will report to the FSO Cluster Operations Manager.
You may be required to travel 10% of your time regionally/globally.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

 

As a Field Service Operations Resource Planner you will:

 

  • Be responsible for the Planning Board of Field Sevice Engineers (FSE's), aiming for the best productivity, reliability, quality, and adequate cost for activities planning and scheduling of internal and customer activities.
  • Plan and schedule Field Service Engineers activities with different customers within the country.
  • Execute transactional activities required to fulfill the planning process (SAP ECC).
  • Participate in 3 years Strategic Plan and forecast, providing inputs to operations managers and leaders on resource utilization, future activities, and operation´s gaps.
  • Interact with other areas (commercial services, project managers, FSO team leaders, and FSO operations managers), understanding the best way for incoming demand and assigning the best option to the activities requested.
  • Lead and participate actively in internal meetings, related to resources planning and scheduling.
  • Be creative and supportive in the use of methodologies and tools aiming for continuous Improvement onforecasting, planning, and scheduling processes.
  • Be analytical, attentive to details, and be able to work under pressure providing outcomes from planning data to best manage resources in planned and emergency activities.
  • Be responsible for local planning key performance indicators (KPIs) settings, data, updates, and routines oriented to secure operational reliability and quality.
  • Participate in management meetings with internal stakeholders to decide on resource conflict situations.
  • Deliver specific training to internal customers, referring to planning processes and planning tools.
  • Backup team members in other areas of the cluster, if planning support is needed.

Who you are

 

We believe you have:

 

  • Bachelor Degree or relevant background (Planning, Administration, or Engineering degree)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), field service management tools, SAP ECC.
  • 3 years of experience in Planning/Scheduling resources (Human resources).
  • 3 years of experience in technical service, post-sales operations is preferable.
  • Intermediate/Advanced communication in English both written and verbal is required.
  • Domestic and international required travel up to 10%
