Job Summary

 

The Tetra Pak Internship Program aims to qualify potential student talents through the experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering opportunities for them to develop on a personal and professional level.   Our approach prepares new talents to face their upcoming professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities.  In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action.
The position is based in Cuautitlán or Polanco, Mexico. 

Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

 

As a Project Controller Intern you will: 

  • Interact with contractors and suppliers. 
  • Manage quotation requests; basics of project controlling (always supervised).
  • Schedule materials to be ordered and/or received.
  • Plan materials
  • Update relevant records about project management.
  • 1 year contract

In this area, we are responsible for detect, design and supply processing and packaging solutions to upgrade machines already installed at customer facilities.
As an intern, you will be involved in management and control of suppliers and financials of upgrades projects such as planning and purchasing of material and services, allocating these in correct multiples projects, to keep them updated.

Bachelor Studies in: Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics or Electronics Engineering.

 

As a Project Management Intern you will:

  • Support Project Management Office Mexico in administrative activities as planning resources
  • Prepare information for closing meetings
  • Follow up to delivery date for spare parts and equipment
  • Validate consistency in the information between our different tools
  • Develop automated tools to save time in our processes.
  • Manage projects to develop tools and methods to improve & automated the administrative activities.
  • 6 months and 1 year contract.

Bachelor Studies in: Engineering (Industrial, mechanical, electric, Chemical or Food) and Administration.

 

As an Automation Intern you will:

  • Inventory Management for Automation projects.
  • Monitoring the purchase and receipt of materials.
  • Configure the hardware equipment once we receive it in Cuautitlan.
  • Ensures that hardware components are installed correctly with suppliers.
  • Make sure to install and configure software licenses for automation programs.
  • Management of electrical, pneumatic, control and communication components.
  • Coordination of delivery of materials to suppliers
  • 6 months contract

Bachelor Studies in: Engineering (Control & Automation, Robotics, Mechatronics).

We believe you have

 

  • Bachelor’s studies in one of the recommended majors for the position selected. 
  • Intermediate level of English or higher is required.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge, Excel intermediate (dynamic tables & macros).
  • Skills: Organized, good communication skills, proactive, willing to learn.
  • Have availability to work 6 hours per day for the entire internship period.
  • Expected graduation date between May 2025 and December 2025.
