Job Summary

The Tetra Pak Internship Program aims to qualify potential student talents through the experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering opportunities for them to develop on a personal and professional level. Our approach prepares new talents to face their upcoming professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities.  In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action.
The position is based in Cuautitlán, Mexico.

What you will do

As a Customer Issue Resolution Intern, you will:  

  • Management of spare parts to be sent to customer;
  • Manage the shipment of solution kits to the customer;
  • Review of quality information in technical issues;
  • Reception and shipment of kits to the customer;
  • Follow up of TI´s spare parts;
  • Support in the management of external suppliers;
  • Issue Resolution ( IR )  KPIs analysis;
  • Microsoft office tools;
  • Intermediate English.

Bachelor's Studies in: Engineering, Administration.Long Term:January 2025 to December 2025

 

As a Service Account Representative Intern, you will:

  • Develop automation tools for the recurrent operational activities;
  • Monitor and follow up;
  • Maintenance coverage and proposals;
  • Consumables forecast;
  • Running hours collection;
  • Profitability of the services delivered;
  • E-business adoption;
  • Microsoft Office tools (desirable advance in excel);
  • Basic -Intermediate English.

Bachelor's Studies in: Administrative: Business, finance, economics management Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Food or Systems.Long Term:January 2025 to December 2025

 

As a Project Controller Intern, you will:  

  • Interact with contractors and suppliers;
  • Manage quotation requests; basics of project controlling (always supervised);
  • Schedule materials to be ordered and/or received;
  • Plan materials;
  • Update relevant records about project management;
  • Intermediate English.

Bachelor's Studies in: Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics or Electronics Engineering.Long Term:January 2025 to December 2025 

We believe you have

  • Be active student in the last 2 years (or less) of your college career.
  • Bachelor’s studies in one of the recommended majors for the position selected. 
  • Have availability to complete 1 year contract.
  • Nice to have intermediate Excel (Fx, Dynamic tables, macros) and Power BI knowledge. 
  • Have availability to work 6 hours per day for the entire internship period.
  • Skills: Organized, good communication skills, proactive, willing to learn.
  • Expected graduation date December 2025.
