Job Summary

The Tetra Pak Internship Program aims to qualify potential student talents through the experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering opportunities for them to develop on a personal and professional level. Our approach prepares new talents to face their upcoming professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities.  In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action.
The position is based in Cuautitlán, Mexico.
Start Date January 20,2025
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

As a Manufacturing & Supply Chain Integration Intern you will:  

• Implement an integrated quality, safety and environmental system
• Participate in training and dissemination of the system's material
• Document, participate in audits and improvement plans
• You will receive training in ISO 9001 14001 and 45001
• Advanced English 

Bachelor´s studies in: Industrial Engineering.Long Term:January 2025 to December 2025 

As a Process Engineering Intern you will:  

• Support Process Engineering Team on Document controls
• Safety equipment and material inventory
• Support to information reports in Amex, US and Canada market
• Office tasks and time reporting control support
• Intermediate English

Bachelor´s studies in: Food,Process,Thermodynamics Engineering and Project Controls.Long Term:January 2025 to December 2025 

As a Production & Supply Chain Integration Intern you will:

• Monitor and follow up on material inbound
• Optimize current Excel files for production planning 
• Support with scheduling of production orders 
• Support with scheduling of Blue Collars
• Tools: Microsoft Excel, Power Bi, SAP and Microsoft Office Tools
• Intermediate English

Bachelor´s studies in: Chemical,Mechanical,Biotechnology and Industrial Engineering .Long Term:January 2025 to December 2025 

As an  Automation Intern you will:  

• Inventory Management for Automation projects 
• Monitoring the purchase and receipt of materials
• Configure the hardware equipment once we receive it in Cuautitlán
• Ensures that hardware components are installed correctly with suppliers 
• Make sure to install and configure software licenses for automation programs
• Management of electrical, pneumatic, control and communication components 
• Coordination of delivery of materials to suppliers 
• Intermediate English 

Bachelor´s studies in: Engineering Control & Automation Robotics Mechatronics.Short Term:January 2025 to July 2025 

As a Quality Intern you will:  

• Generate procedures to comply with ISO 3834:2 quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials
• Generate quality templates for in process inspection
• Advanced English 

Bachelor´s studies in: Industrial, Mechanical or Electric Engineering.Short Term:January 2025 to July 2025 

As a  Processing Services Solutions Intern you will:  

• Support quotation process by selecting and sizing valves pump tank equipment instruments and other plant components Ensuring the right components proposed for each application
• Work with other services categories to produce bundle offers 
• Create sales order based on quotations generating part numbers for customized items and following-up with suppliers to ensure on time and in full deliveries are met, solving potential issues by evaluating available alternatives and selecting the best one 
• Provide technical support to internal teams and customers in terms of documentation, application, maintenance, troubleshooting and other technical aspects of the components included in the plant components portfolio
• Intermediate English 

Bachelor´s studies in: Mechanical,Industrial,Food,Chemical or any other related Engineering .Short Term:January 2025 to July 2025 

We believe you have

• Be active student in the last 2 years (or less) of your college career.
• Bachelor’s studies in one of the recommended majors for the position selected. 
• Have availability to complete 1-year contract.
• Nice to have intermediate Excel (Fx, Dynamic tables, macros) and Power BI knowledge. 
• Have availability to work 6 hours per day for the entire internship period.
• Skills: Organized, good communication skills, proactive, willing to learn.
• Expected graduation date between December 2025 and December 2026.
