This position will be based in Cuautitlan, Izcalli
You would be required to travel up to 20% of your time.
The start date for Future Talent Program will be the February 3rd, 2025. 
Suggested majors: Engineering or related. 

What you will do

As an Upgrades Projects Engineer, we develop and deliver technical solutions to our customers as part of the Upgrades team. As a Future Talent Upgrades Projects Engineer you will: 
 

• Learn about Branded Process Units Functionality and basics of Project Management to understand different tollgates in a project. 
• Support projects from a conceptual development phase (sales) through implementation to start of commercial operation.
• Work in a multi-project environment where the role adapts to the needs of each individual project.
• Act with full responsibility for technical solution and quality aspects of project performance, while securing project management buy in and being aligned with a focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
• Work with customers and colleagues in an international environment, but also utilize and collaborate with resources throughout the entire organization.
• Learning and applying technical knowledge on a local and international environment.

We believe you have

• Recent graduated of an Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or related.
• AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
• English and Spanish conversational skills are required
• Microsoft Office knowledge 
• Have analytical and communication skills, taking initiative, team player, and willing to be part of this multicultural company.
