The start date for Future Talent Program will be the February 3rd, 2025. 
Suggested majors: Engineering, Logistics, Administrative or related.

What you will do

As an SSN (Service Supply Network) Associate, you will:
 

• Be learning about different process, assisting in audits to ensure we are complying high quality standards
• Learn World Class Manufacturing Methodology and determine innovative ways to use the tools to improve performance and reduce errors.
• Work on process improvements projects and training.
• Create and use reports in order to improve office processes and automate processes.
• Participate in a change management project responsible for successful implementation with key stakeholder buy-in.
• Solve complex problems with innovative solutions that benefit Tetra Pak and our customers.
• Participate in Data Analytics projects and loss deployment activities.
• Understand and participate in Supply Chain capacity and demand planning.
• Promote and support cross fertilization of ideas, knowledge, and improvements.
• Understanding of Lean enterprise development, Six Sigma, value stream mapping, Pareto charts and fishbone diagrams.

We believe you have

• Recent graduate in Engineering, Logistics, Administrative or related.
• English and Spanish conversational skills are required
• Basic understanding of programming tools
• Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel) 
• Have analytical and communication skills, taking initiative, team player, and willing to be part of this multicultural company.
