Future Talent - Service Engineer Trainee

Job Summary

These roles are part of our Future Talent Program - Technical Track is a 18 months program that will develop your engineering and automation skills in an accelerated process to become leading technical experts in automation and digitalization. From day one you will be delivering results as a true team member following a development plan that is specifically designed for you and your position for you to grow into your future position. The plan will include a combination of project-rotations and work in your own department as well as formal training and mentorship. Work and meet with colleagues from all over the world and develop a network of future service engineers. This program will give you broad insight to the company, our culture and values. After the program ends you will have gained great experiences to help continue your exciting career within our company.

We are looking for recent grads with engineering background to develop into a future Service Engineer role that have an innovative mindset, problem solving aptitudes with personal drive, passion in applying theoretical knowledge into actual challenges, strong communication skills, and are true team players that enjoy working with people from various cultures.  
You will be exposed in hands on tasks to different aspects of technologies involving electrical, mechanical and automation aspects of Filling Equipment, Distribution Equipment, Processing Systems and Components. You will also collaborate with different customers learning how their business works and support them in areas of Maintenance, Calibrations, Equipment Assessment and Performance Validation in the Food and Beverage industries. Together we will ensure our customers maintain total control of plant operations, alongside the benefits it brings: enhanced and guaranteed performance, consistent product quality, uncompromising food safety and reduced environmental impact.

The program starts on January 21, 2024.
The position can be based in Cuautitlan, Aguascalientes, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Irapuato & Queretaro. Full time- Permanent role.
You may be required to travel 80% sites of your time domestically to customers sites.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

• Deliver efficient support to our customers in the form of programming, commissioning and troubleshooting
• Perform improvement initiatives
• Lead the prioritization of issues and report & document the results
• Apply maintenance concepts and tactics  
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams
• Compliance and alignment with OHS

We believe you have

• Recent graduated of an Engineering degree in Mechatronics, Instrumentation and Control, Automation, Electronics, Industrial Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical or related. 
• English and Spanish conversational skills are required
• Mechanical, electrical, pneumatics and hydraulic knowledge is desired.
• Previous internships or projects utilizing PLC’s Allen Bradley or Siemens programming and networks will be a plus.
