Future Talent CSO Trainee

As part of our Future Talent Program – CSO Track, a 24-month journey crafted to help you unlock your potential and make a meaningful impact. This program will develop your hands-on skills in an accelerated way to become a technical expert in Services, which is the area in charge of the maintenance, troubleshooting, installations and commissioning of Tetra Pak’s machines that are in our costumers’ facilities.  As a valued team member, you’ll follow a development plan tailored to your role, filled with learning experiences on the Tetra Pak production lines installed in our customers’ factories.

Here, you will have the security you need to focus on what is important, both professionally and personally. The program offers project rotations, on site assignments, hands-on experience in different aspects of technologies involving electrical, mechanical and automation aspects of Filling Equipment, Distribution Equipment, Processing Systems and Components. You will also collaborate with different customers learning how their business works and support them in areas of Maintenance, Calibrations, Equipment Assessment and Performance Validation in the Food and Beverage industries. 

 

Together we will ensure our customers maintain total control of plant operations, alongside the benefits it brings enhanced and guaranteed performance, consistent product quality, uncompromising food safety and reduced environmental impact.

 

We are looking for recent grads that are highly driven, have an innovative mindset, an aptitude for problem solving, passion in applying theoretical knowledge to real challenges, strong communication skills and are true team players that enjoy working with people from various cultures.


The program starts on February 3, 2025.
The position can be based in Cuautitlan Izcalli or Aguascalientes.
This is a full time- permanent role.
You may be required to travel 80% sites of your time domestically to customers sites.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position. 

What you will do

 

As a Future Talent CSO Trainee, you will develop and learn to:

 

  • Deliver efficient support to our customers in the form of programming, commissioning and troubleshooting
  • Perform improvement initiatives
  • Lead the prioritization of issues and report & document the results
  • Apply maintenance concepts and tactics  
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams
  • Compliance and alignment with OHS

We believe you have

 

  • Recent graduated of an Engineering degree in Mechatronics, Instrumentation and Control, Automation, Electronics, Industrial Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical or related. 
  • English and Spanish conversational skills are required
  • Mechanical, electrical, pneumatics and hydraulic knowledge is desired.
  • Previous internships or projects utilizing PLC’s Allen Bradley or Siemens programming, and networks will be a plus.
