Job Summary

As a sales manager you would drive specific operational or customer management activities / projects under the guidance of Sales Director (SD). Support the SD in relationship management, value selling, forecasting & credit management & collection. 
This role will be based out of Columbo Office.

What you will do

  • Lead specific operational or customer management activities / projects across various levels with the customers 

  • Support SD in forecasting: liaise with customer service representative and customer on demand projections, validate the customer forecast, compile necessary information regarding new launches, etc.

  • Support SD in Value Selling: collect from customer and external sources data required for building value argumentation: support the value selling case build-up, preparation of sales contract: follow-up implementation with relevant stakeholders

  • Support SD in Relationship Management: analyse relevant internal and external data required for account planning: set-up Account Team meetings

  • Support SD in Credit Management and collection: follow-up receivable reports, flag issues and follow-up on actions

We believe you have

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales. FMCG / Beverages / B2B sales experience will be preferable

  • Analytical skills

  • Process orientation

  • Basic financial skills
