Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated person to reinforce the Field Service Operations team.  
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be a part of a professional and dedicated team responsible for delivering technical support to our customers by providing preventive maintenance and technical services. 
You will act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak and help maintain the company’s reputation for commitment and service.  
Tetra Pak will give you the opportunity to increase your knowledge and gain experience in the mechanics and electronics by performing services on our clients’ sites mainly in France, and occasionally in EU Countries 
Expected travelling of more than 80%  

What you will do

  • Preventive and corrective maintenance for processing equipment 
  • Perform troubleshooting and root cause analytics services 
  • Conduct production supervision and operator training at customer site 
  • Installation and commissioning for processing equipment in our customers' installed base  
  • Preparing quality reports in a timely manner: technical assistance reports, maintenance reports etc 
  • Establish and maintain a continuous positive relationship with customers including support and follow-up on customers’ concerns and problems. 

We believe you have

  • Technical education in (Electro)mechanics
  • Experience in rotating equipment  ( mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance )  in an industrial environment 
  • Enthusiastic, service oriented and flexible team player 
  • Able to take responsibility for customer equipment and satisfaction   
  • English knowledge in word and writing  
  • Computer skills (MS Office skills) 
  • Electrical skills: 

- being able to read and understand electrical schemes  

- being able to perform electrical work and troubleshooting  

  • Compliance with all safety regulations 
  • Experience in food processing is a plus (dairy, beverage, cheese, prepared food) 
  • Great problem-solving skills  
  • Knowledge in PLC and HMI is an added advantage 
  • Class B driver's license
