Job Summary

Join us as an Electrical Engineer with strong project management skills, and take the lead on electrical engineering projects in an international context.
This position is based in Cholet (49), France, within the Powder Process & Technology Business Stream.

You will report to the Electrical & Automation Manager.

What you will do

  • Lead electrical projects from design through to installation, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • ​​​​​​​Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems into products.
  • Manage suppliers, including selection, contracting, and validation of deliverables.
  • Monitor costs, schedules, and performance, ensuring compliance with electrical standards.
  • Communicate in English with colleagues in local markets and with customers to explain technical aspects and installation design.
  • Provide technical support to project and installation teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

We believe you have

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (minimum Bachelor's level).
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing electrical projects.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and electrical simulation tools is a strong plus.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (minimum C1 level).
