Job Summary

To apply and teach WCM knowledge and methodology to support the results in the respective factory, and work with and support WCM Manager and the pillar to achieve overall process and factory KPIs.

What you will do

1. Administration and analytical support for WCM Manager and Pillar

2. WCM and loss analysis deployement with advanced tools

3. Advising WCM manager and factory management team on loss deployement

4. Benchmarking with other pillars and factories

5. WCM tools and mindset promotion

6. Gudiding operators and production associates in WCM training and tools

We believe you have

  • At least 5 years in WCM/ Production/ Maintenance/ Quality function as an engineer in factory WCM advanced tools and deep experience IT knowledge and ability to use for loss analysis Has experience of participating and leading WCM teams
  • Good level of English and French 
  • Being a good teamplayer
