Job Summary

Under the responsibility of the Maintenance Manager, your main goal will be to provide a method and technical support to the entire operation team so they can fulfill their mission: guarantee the production of quality goods for our customers. Define and apply WCM techniques to eradicate stops and unplanned shutdowns.
Tetra Pak Closures France SAS, a subsidiary of the group based in Châteaubriant (Loire-Atlantique, 44), is a company specializing in the manufacture and injection of plastic closures. The production runs in 5*8.

 

What you will do

PROJECT

  • Be the primary contact of the group project team for the installation of new equipment.
  • Ensure that the new equipment is integrated in the site facilities.
  • Coordinate the action of the on-site team to ensure that all is ensured for the production hand-over.
  • Ensure the follow-up (with the support of the group) of the actions and countermeasures until the performance targets are reached.
  • Initiate and/or lead the implementation of on-site projects for the modification, upgrade or installation of equipment or facilities.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

  • Actively participates in the WCM approach, member of the EM pillar, leads groups and supports the AM.
  • Is responsible for the performance loss analysis process and ensures its dynamics.
  • Monitor and improve the energy performance of the plant.

MAINTENANCE

  • Defines the preventive maintenance plan for equipment related to utilities (compressor, cold groups, ...), new and existing installations.
  • Plans, and monitors the execution of the utilities preventive maintenance and measures its effectiveness.
  • Ensures the follow-up of spare parts and proposes improvements.
  • Be a referent of our new technologies.

SECURITY

  • Defines the consignments relating to the interventions planned in accordance with the legislation.
  • Participates in security audits.
  • Ensures the safety of the interventions of external companies with prevention plans, various permits, and the monitoring of work.
  • Promotes compliance with safety rules.

We believe you have

  • Engineering degree (Minimum Bac + 3 or equivalent) in mechanical design or electrical or industrial engineering
  • 1-3 years of experience in similar functions
  • Fluent French and good English skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in the food industry is a plus
  • Autonomy in the assigned tasks
  • Global vision of internal and customer issues
