Services Sales Specialist

Tetra Pak South Africa has an opening for an experienced Services Sales Specialist, who will be responsible for driving the Processing Services portfolio in the market. Support in the development and the implementation of the Services Business Plan. Has accountability for the Services portfolio sales and profitability.


You will need to maintain customer contact, secure orders, monitor and maintain current knowledge of new products, ensure complaints are dealt with expeditiously, communicate technical solutions through presentations, quotes and make recommendations to improve product or design.


The successful candidates will report to the Services Sales Manager based in the Cape Town.


What Will You Do?

  • Drives Deployment and Sales of the Services portfolio as defined.
  • Deployment of structured customer visit plans.
  • Ownership and maintaining of opportunities within Tec Base (Opportunity Management).
  • Proposes business plan and action plan.
  • Drives implementation of business plan and review action plans for the Services portfolio.
  • Ensures efficient promotion of customised solutions.
  • Ensures effective cooperation and alignment with Market Area, Cluster and BU
  • Shares accountability for Customer Satisfaction results
  • Secures fast issue resolution and appropriate communication.
  • Coordinates continuous improvement activities related to customer operational performance.
  • Drive Plant Component business pumps, valves ext.

Who You Are?

  • Post Matric Technical qualification, preferably Technical Diploma
  • Fluent both inwritten and spoken English.
  • 5+ years’ experience preferably in the food processing industry.
  • Previous Sales experience is advantageous.
