Job Summary

We are looking for someone who is not only an excellent planner, bt a trusted business partner, who can anticipate risks, challenge assumptions and enable better business decisions.

This is permannent position based in Binh Duong, Vietnam.

What you will do

As a Capacity Planning Team Lead, you will:

Planning & Supply Management:

  • Lead regional capacity and production planning (GC) across APAC factories.
  • Balance demand, capacity and production allocation to achieve customer service at optimal cost.
  • Support regional S&OP through capacity analysis, scenario planning and decision support.

Supply Chain Resilience:

  • Lead regional capacity BCP and contingency planning.
  • Identify and mitigate capacity risks through scenario planning and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support crisis management during demand, capacity or material disruptions.

Planning Excellence & Digitalization

  • Drive continuous improvement of planning processes, governance and KPIs.
  • Improve planning visibility through automation, reporting and data quality.
  • Support digital planning initiatives and advanced analytics.
        

People & Capability Development    

  • Lead and develop the regional Capacity Planning team.
  • Build capability in planning, stakeholder management and analytical thinking.
  • Ensure succession planning and knowledge sharing.
       

Stakeholder Management    

Partner with factories, markets, BM team, global planning and supply chain leadership to enable integrated planning decisions

We believe you have

  • At least 5-10 years’ operational experience in the area of expertise
  • Informal/formal people leadership experience (e.g., from being in a senior specialist role)
  • Project Management skills and experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Good stakeholder management skills
