Main Purpose of the Job

Support Managing Director and the units employees to create an optimised organisation and business agenda including all related activities

Key Outputs and Measurements

Provide administrative support and manage multiple activities and projects in that area on departmental level 

Key Relationships

Will work with and support managers and employees at all levels and in multiple geographies.Must be able to adapt support and communication accordingly.

Minimum Education

University degree in Administration or equivalent. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate day to day administrative and operational tasks between departments and operating units

2. Plan,organise, coordinate and support meetings, events, and similar activities

3. Perform general office support to the department (incl Microsoft Office knowledge)

4. Travel planning and management

5. Finance/Cost support

6. Participate in business administration projects

7. Support with relevant communication activities (incl team site administration)
