What you will do

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Main customer contact for operational Services business matters.
  • Delivering Excellence in customer service & customer experience for allocated customers.
  • Facilitating services sales growth through proactive planning
  • Supporting account management
  • Upselling and cross selling opportunities
  • Monitoring and analysis of service agreements

 

We are expecting from the Service Account Representative to:

 

  • Provide a seamless post-sales experience.
  • Be the point of contact for Customers on any related operational questions
  • Monitor and follow up the pipeline of Services.
  • Drive growth of the Services sales by increasing the maintenance execution rate, ensuring spare part and maintenance coverage and selling consumables.
  • Lead communication and planning with customers for services and maintenance events, service agreements.
  • Identify opportunities to grow / upsell and cross sell to generate leads for sales.
  • Sales support Internally and Externally. New customer on-boarding & lead customer inquiries, respond and channel them into the organization.
  • Process quotations for low complexity / value opportunities.
  • Support Account Management with inputs to prepare and execute Account Plans.
  • Analyze and follow up customer experience survey results.
  • Drive proactive customer service quality improvement actions.

 

We believe you have

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service/ customer management / sales/ administrative /technical areas and having contact with customers 
  • Good knowledge of English and Turkish​
  • Customer oriented 
  • Results driven
  • Service minded
  • Organized and systematic
  • Ability to balance competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills in verbal and written
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Team player
