Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Specialist, you will be a pivotal member of our business by partnering with our customers to drive sustainable, mutual growth. We are now seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager to develop and drive the execution of a group of account plan aligned to Tetra Pak and the customer's business objectives. In this position, you will be the key point of contact for the customer, looking to ensure that their issues are resolved in a timely manner, and accepted by them. By ensuring that the relevant Tetra Pak portfolio is deployed in full, you will drive sales of our full portfolio by meeting competitive requirements and delivering a strong value proposition. You will build strong customer relationships and achieve sustainable growth by identifying and capturing short, medium and long-term business opportunities.
The position is based in San Ferando, Argentina; reporting to the Sales Director.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position. 

What you will do

As Sales Specialist you will: 

 

Account Management: 

  • Together with the customer, drive the development and execution of the account plan.
  • Agree on shared objectives and targets with the customer. 
  • Drive mutual sustainable growth.

 

Relationship Management: 

  • Drive improved understanding of the customer and overall business across the value chain ensuring that Tetra Pak portfolio is developed.
  • Identify customer needs and drive solutions int timely manner as well opportunities in line with Tetra Pak global business strategy, category, portfolio, processing and Tetra Pak Services plans.

 

Sales Forecasting (Capital Equipment and Packaging Material): 

  • Secure accurate Sales Forecasting for the assigned accounts. 
  • Ensure that the account receivable expectations are met.

 

Value Selling: 

  • Drive execution of sales targets for packaging solutions and processing. 
  • Manage the opportunity pipeline through Smart sales (updating and adding relevant customer data and mapping new leads).

We believe you have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Engineering;
  • Relevant work experience in Sales Specialist/Sales Support;
  • Able to deal naturally with challenging stakeholders and work cross-functionally in a seamless fashion;
  • Demonstrable skills in Value Selling, Account Management;
  • Strong customer focus;
  • Knowledge of Smart Sales;
  • Intermediate (or higher) user level of Power BI;
  • Be able to show strategic agility;
  • Have an ability to deal with ambiguity;
  • Be fluent in speaking and writing English;
  • Be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
