It is an opportunity to lead meaningful operations that directly support customers, consumers, and more resilient food supply chains.

You will be based in San Fernando, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
You may be required to travel occasionally within the region.
Tetra Pak does not offer support for visa or relocation for this position.

  • Lead, develop, and engage the local warehouse and logistics team, building strong capabilities, clear role ownership, and a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement;
  • Drive operational excellence by improving productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, and service levels, while identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Ensure effective inventory management and control, balancing availability, accuracy, and working capital efficiency;
  • Ensure high availability, uptime, and optimal conditions of warehouse infrastructure, materials handling equipment, and facilities, in collaboration with maintenance and service partners;
  • Act as a key partner to market, service operations, and supply chain stakeholders, ensuring strong communication, alignment of priorities, and smooth execution across interfaces;
  • Ensure full compliance with organizational standards, health and safety regulations, and all applicable local, regional, and global legal requirements, fostering a safe and inclusive working environment;
  • Support the implementation of supply network strategies at local level, translating strategic objectives into practical actions that strengthen customer experience and operational resilience.

We believe you have

  • A degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience gained through relevant professional roles;
  • Solid experience in warehouse operations, distribution, supply chain, or service logistics environments, with exposure to managing operational performance and customer service outcomes;
  • A customer centric mindset, with the ability to balance service quality, cost efficiency, and operational reliability in a fast moving environment;
