Job Summary

Our team is currently looking for ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated person with outstanding communication, problem solving and analytical skills to take the position of WCM (TPM/OPEX) coordinator. 

 

This role is based in Budaörs, Hungary 

What you will do

  • Participate in planning and implementation of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) program as a member of WCM department.  
  • Direct activities to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, inventory and cost utilization 
  • Train and coach employees and deploys WCM tools if required. 
  • Drive culture of change and mentor others in the factory on implementing and sustaining continuous improvement practice 
  • Participate in WCM improvement teams and Autonomous Maintenance teams.  
  • Drive best practice sharing and internal external benchmarking 
  • Closely working with Pillars and Process teams to drive for result is required 
  • Coordination of WCM improvement teams as part of global communitiy 
  • Execute other duties and assignments as requested by superiors. 

We believe you have

  • At least 3~5 years in experience - Production/ Maintenance/ Quality function in factory 
  • Proactive and analytical approach, self-starter and good team player with advanced communication and leadership abilities 
  • Fluent Hungarian and English language knowledge 
  • IT knowledge and ability to use for loss analysis 
  • The ability to work in and lead cross-functional teams – including leading without formal authority – is a must 

Additional Advantages:

  • Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles 
  • Knowledge of both basic and advanced WCM tools 
  • Proven experience in education, coaching, and mentoring, combined with a supportive and collaborative personality.
