Job Summary

We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. The purpose of the role is to secure timely and accurate Customer order fulfilment throughout the Supply Chain. Monitor operational performance and work on a continuous improvement approach towards process improvement opportunities to automate and simplify.

This position is based in Budaörs, Hungary.

What you will do

  • Secure supply chain PM / AM order fulfilment with speed and accuracy: Order management, design administration, invoicing, logistics
  • Execute all order management & design master data accuracy related activities
  • Synergy with internal functions: planning, logistics, additional material, sales, marketing, technical service to secure smooth order handling; always lead to increase productivity
  • Respond to any operational request for specific documentation (certificates, specifications etc.)
  • Escalate as needed to (Front Office) CSR request for clarification or need to contact the Customer
  • Monitor and maintain responsibility for case management in SF platform
  • Ensure timely Orders closure
  • May specialize in an area / activity in order management or tools (PBI reports development, scripts etc.)


Drive continuous improvement

  • Participate and/or Drive WCM teams to identify process and tools productivity opportunities
  • Propose and implement measures to improve overall operational productivity and focused KPI´s
  • Drive continuous improvement and deployment of best practices
  • Support implementation of global projects and change initiatives in the market

We believe you have

  • University degree in Economics, Logistics or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Order Management/Design Management (OM/DM) operational activities
  • Good knowledge of OM/DM primary processes
  • Good communication skills
  • You are reliable, accurate and structured in your work
  • You are fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Experience with SAP platforms is an advantage
