Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Budaörs, Hungary.

In this role, you will manage warehouse-related documentation and SAP transactions, support inventory activities, and collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse processes.

What you will do

  • Perform warehouse administrative tasks in the SAP system, from goods receipt through to finished goods shipment.
  • Prepare documentation related to the receipt of raw materials and production supplies, as well as shipping documents for finished goods.
  • Participate in warehouse process improvement projects using the World Class Manufacturing methodology.
  • Cooperate closely with the Customer Service Representative, Supply Chain Control Tower, and Planning Hub teams.
  • Actively participate in warehouse inventory counts.
  • Carry out daily operational tasks in compliance with applicable legal and industry requirements, including food industry standards such as BRC, FDA, FSC, and ISO.

We believe you have

  • University degree in Logistics or similar are
  • Communicational English language skills and fluent Hungarian
  • 1-3 years of experience in warehouse administration
  • SAP experience is an advantage
  • Good analytic skills
  • Good communication skills
