Job Summary

Within the HR Service Centre Europe we are looking for a Senior People Data and HR Direct Advisor who will serve as a subject matter expert on people data.

You will be based in Budaörs, Hungary.

What you will do

  • Update and maintain people, organisation, and compensation data in HR system (myLink) during Employee lifecycle and in support to global HR processes 
  • Perform accurate data analysis to secure continuous data accuracy and timeliness
  • Develop, manage and optimize existing and new HR reports to provide Business/HR/management with the proper insights
  • Support to Managers on self-service tasks as position creation, requisition opening and termination administration
  • Secure accurate, qualitative and effective support to Employees in HR queries, especially on People Data
  • Participate into global projects and testing activities
  • Join the global analytics community for improvement initiatives
  • Propose changes to optimise processes/workflows to better meet business needs
  • Work on know-how improvement and knowledge sharing to enhance the knowledge base culture of the Team

We believe you have

  • College/University degree 
  • 1-5 years of experience in an analytical roles (HR experience or internal/external consulting experience)
  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with large datasets
  • Advanced Ms Excel knowledge, Power BI, HR systems
  • Excellent command of English
  • HR Technology, Operational HR experience, Quality focus, Client centricity, 
  • Proven strong team spirit and a desire to share knowledge in a qualitative manner
  • High personal integrity (integrity and trust)
