Job Summary
The Senior Sourcing and Contracting Analyst will be responsible for managing end-to-end sourcing and contracting processes within the Shared Services Center (SSC) on low-risk categories and to provide support on S&C portfolio activities for SuM Regions and Segments.
You will be based in Budaörs, Hungary.
What you will do
- Manage sourcing and contracting based on business need in line with supplier management strategies
- Drive compliance to category and regional strategy, supplier base plan, supplier management processes, contracts and best practices
- Deliver training and support the End User in relevant tools, usually through 1:1 instruction
- Participate in target follow up and corrective action. Communicates results and acts as a proactive partner to End Users
- Ensures correct usage of relevant tools, flows and data compliance.
- Develops and maintains strong stakeholder management relationships. Communicates results and acts as a proactive Business Partner/Focal Point for a designated team
- Works according to good practices and facilitate networking on site
- Support continuous improvements of procedures and tools
We believe you have
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in either of the following subjects: Economics OR Technologies OR Engineering OR IT
- Fluency in English, both in writing and speaking
- Approx. 1-5 years of experience in the area of supplier base management, sourcing & contracting
- Proven data management and analytical skills
- Stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Solid knowledge of IT systems – SAP ECC and SAP Ariba is preferred SSC/Manufacturing background is considered as an advantage
- Ability to make recommendations regarding operational changes when is required to the continuous production flow
- Desire for continuous personal development, to create dynamism and achieving annual goals
- Proactive, positive, a real can-do attitude, international mindset
- Ability to work both individually and as a team player
