Job Summary

HR Service Center Europe is searching for a self-driven, international-minded Resourcing Administrator working in a highly dynamic and international team.

In this role, you will be involved in supporting hiring administration and onboarding process remotely. You will be responsible for a high-quality and smart service to provide for hiring managers on all levels of our organization, external/internal candidates and your HR colleagues.

You will be based in Hungary, Budaörs, providing remote support to stakeholders in Europe. You will be contracted through our partner, Adecco.

What you will do

  • Prepare the internal communication and keep contact with stakeholders regarding onboarding
  • Arrange appointments for new hires
  • File documents in line with local legislation
  • Keep contact with Unions if needed
  • Make suggestions on process improvements
  • Provide generic support for the recruitment and resourcing team when required

We believe you have

  • University or college degree
  • Experience in handling administration in a similarly complex, international organization
  • Good communication, networking and interpersonal skills
  • Global hiring process experience is an advantage
  • Organized, thorough and attentive to details, strong at administration
  • Solution and customer-oriented, flexible and stress-resistant
  • Fluent language knowledge in English is a must. Scandinavian language is a great asset.
