Recruitment Specialist (Italian or Spanish speaker)

We are looking for a passionate Recruitment Specialist, who will manage resourcing processes covering many competence areas on different levels within the organization.

You will be working in the EMEA Resourcing Team and will work in close cooperation with line managers across EMEA time zone, local and global HR colleagues.

You will be based in Budaörs, Hungary – we would like to see you in the office 2 times per week. 

The successful candidate will be hired through Adecco not under Tetra Pak employment, but the compensation and benefit package will be aligned with Tetra Pak employees.

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will:

• Drive independently and be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes in countries across EMEA time zone (45+ countries)
• Act as an expert advisor to line managers and HR colleagues in resourcing matters
• Confident user of Competence-Based Interview Technique and selection tools such as HireVue video interview, SHL simulation exercises, ability tests etc. as part of the recruitment process
• Source candidates through various channels and with external partners, including agency contacts
• Initiate and coordinate career migration activities with the help of our global mobility team
• Timely and accurately manage recruitment-related administration in the candidate tracker, called SuccessFactors
• Together with your colleagues within the HR Service Centre continuously develop the recruitment process and other HR processes to deliver market-competitive solutions to our clients.

We believe you have:

• General interest in Recruitment and Talent Sourcing with several years of experience, although you will learn a lot on the fly
• Amazing communication skills in English, and Italian or Spanish (due to the main stakeholders in the scope of the role)
• Ability to interact on all levels within the organization and possess a high level of integrity 
• Motivation to help the business go forward and find the best fit for the organization
• Result-oriented, structured, and thorough mindset; you have the ability to maintain a high level of quality
• Joy to working both independently and as part of a team
• College/University Degree
