Job Summary

Our Operational Supplier Management in Finance hub team is currently expanding. We are looking for self-driven, highly motivated candidates with outstanding communication, problem-solving and analytical skills to take the position of Purchasing Expert.

 

The successful candidate for this position will be under routine supervision of PtP Assistant Manager Op Sum and responsible for the transactional purchasing and administration activities across European entities.

 

This is a temporary position with 2-years fixed-term contract. You will be based in Budaörs, Hungary.

What you will do

  • Monitor Purchase Requisitions (PR) and check process compliance.
  • Create corresponding Purchase Orders (PO) and send to local site/suppliers. 
  • Cancel, modify, and update PO / PR flow if needed.
  • Follow up on late deliveries and update PO-s.
  • First contact point for Finance HUB queries/questions.
  • Manage blocked vendor invoices and take necessary actions.
  • Request creation of and changes to Vendor Master Data.
  • Identify and drive implementation of improvements in the workflow process.
  • First line of support for need owners for operational purchasing related questions.
  • Perform a wide range of administrative duties.
  • Create, update, and manage Excel spreadsheets.
  • Intercompany invoicing activities.

We believe you have

Candidates who are pro-active and good team players with good communication skills, accurate, customer-oriented and always looking for development are invited to apply. 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree,
  • Previous experience in Supplier Management or Finance,
  • Good level of Hungarian and English spoken and written is a must / additional European language would be advantageous,
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge, 
  • Customer focused attitude,
  • Attention to detail,
  • Ability to work independently,
  • Exceptional communication skills.

 

Skills that are beneficial but not required:

  • Power BI or other data visualization platform experience,
  • Experience with automation tools,
  • Previous SAP knowledge.
