Job Summary
Within HR&T, Global People Data & Shared Services, we are looking for a HR Service Advisor who will join the HR Shared Admin team.
As an HR Service Advisor, you will enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the HR function by managing administrative tasks from new hire contracts through any changes during their lifecycle, up to and including onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for employees in the contract lifecycle.
The position can be based in any country in Europe.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What you will do
As a HR Service Advisor you will be responsible for:
- Coordinate pre-hiring checks after the offer is accepted in recruitment and non-recruitment processes.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires by completing necessary steps and documentation.
- Draft and manage employment contracts throughout the employee lifecycle, including collecting signatures and ensuring secure storage in digital platforms.
- Offer accurate, qualitative, and effective support for HR queries related to employment documents and onboarding, initiated by employees via email or calls.
- Propose and lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and enhance service delivery in the HR Service Center organization.
- Act as a role model and foster a culture of innovation and efficiency within the team bringing ideas for automation and productivity in a global environment.
We believe you have
Bachelors degree
Relevant work experience in the HR field, particularly with employment administration.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong customer service mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High personal integrity and trustworthiness.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
