Job Summary

Our Mobility Team is currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-driven Global Mobility Vendor Specialist to; contribute to overall Mobility strategy,  and to secure smooth, cost-efficient, and compliant vendor management that sufficiently supports the daily operation and the relocation of the international expatriates across the globe.
In this position you will not only manage relationships with contracted suppliers, and monitor the quality-of-service and delivery but you will also manage tenders end-to-end, to ensure proper contracting for the required mobility services.

This position will be based in Budaörs, Hungary.

What you will do

  • Manage relationships  with vendor partners, and coordinate regular alignments to ensure efficient and high-quality level of services provided to Tetra Pak Global Mobility and to Employees on Global Mobility programs.
  • Design and maintain the global vendor portfolio, including local contracts to have full understanding of the engaged suppliers, contract status and financial data management with regular analyses.
  • Cooperate with Supplier Management to properly evaluate the level of delivery by vendors, the services provided are in line with agreed scope and agreed service level agreements/ KPIs.
  • In cooperation with Supplier Management, drive RFIs and RFPs to ensure proper selection of future vendors. 
  • Regularly align with Mobility Services Team to understand their observations of service delivery of the contracted vendors.
  • Act as first point of contact and/or escalation point in respect of (global) vendors for internal stakeholders.
  • Support the global vendor billing process, supervise related activities. 
     

We believe you have

Professional requirements:

  • University bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field
  • 3-5 year experience in the field of Global Mobility
  • Experience in Supplier Management would be an advantage
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English,
  • Solid understanding of vendor management, including SLAs, contracting and relationship management
  • Experience working with any mobility digital platform 
  • Demonstrated multi-tasking and time management skills
