Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Programme within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2025 at our site in Budaörs - Hungary. You will onboard an individual designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

We are looking for talented and highly motivated new graduates to join our team and become the next generation of engineers and leaders in our industry.
 
You will be based Budaörs, Hungary.

What you will do

As a Process PM Engineer you will be involved in the following activities:

  • Technical support of production process cells in machine breakdown troubleshooting, analysis and countermeasure introduction
  • Increase reliability of production lines by using TPM (WCM) methodology
  • Optimizing preventive maintenance system of production lines to maximize availability of lines at optimal cost
  • Work together with peer engineers within maintenance team
  • Planning and coordination of tasks performed by external suppliers
  • Participation in development teams
  • Participating in the TPM activities
  • Participate in installation project of new production lines

We believe you have

  • You have finished or are about to finish your Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering Bachelor or Master Degree studies (graduated 2024-2025).
  • Siemens PLC programming knowledge and experience on DC/AC/Servo drive is an advantage
  • Computer literacy: MS Office, ERP (preferred: SAP),
  • Willingness to learn specific software (eg. Filemaker), able to cooperate in a matrix organisation
  • You have a mature and professional personality with the ability to create and utilize a broad network.
  • You are a problem solver with a strong personal drive.
  • You are passionate about applying your theoretical knowledge into actual challenges.
  • You are a true team player with good communication skills.
  • Experience from studies or work abroad is considered a merit.
  • You are fluent in English and Hungarian, both written and verbal
