Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Travel Compliance Advisor who will be supporting all entities globally across Tetra Pak group to ensure compliance with statutory immigration. In your role you should also support PWD related registration, social security and tax obligations.
Delivering a first-class client service is expected, however the job also offers the opportunity to learn and get involved in a wider scope of global mobility profession.
This is a permanent position based in Budaors, Hungary. For the right candidate, other locations in Europe may be considered.
What you will do
- Complete the necessary compliance actions related to immigration.
- Support registration requirements related to Posted Workers Directive within EU, handle actual online applications according to the country specific requirements.
- Support tax & social security related matters.
- Responsible for tracking and monitoring of cases managed.
- Preparation of reporting to various stakeholders globally (resource planning, costs management, etc.).
- Acts as Superuser of Business Travel Compliance technology (MyTrips): assist users with basic system issues, opening tickets with provider.
- Contribution to continuous improvement of processes, procedures and systems.
We believe you have
- University Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business or related field.
- 3+ year experience in a multinational Company.
- Experience in Global Mobility related field, immigration knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Demonstrated problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Willingness to develop knowledge of the Business Travel Compliance profession.
- Demonstrated multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Customer service focused.
- Confidence in working with excel and various reporting functions.
- Respect for confidential information.
