Job Summary
We are looking for a PTP Accountant who will coordinate the incoming invoice booking and payment processes between different stakeholders, and actively participate in the process itself. Additonally the succesful candidate will be handling and adapting of centrally initiated changes in PTP process, documentation, participation in internal and external audits,supervision of the finance processes of the migrated sites.
Please note that the role is located in Budaörs, Hungary and it is a temporary one until July 2027.
What you will do
As a PTP Accountant you will be responsible for:
- Invoice booking
- Daily communication with outsourcing company, coding FI invoices, solving the issues and provide necessary information for booking
- Daily interaction with the relevant SM department and PR creators to resolve invoice booking issues
- Vendor balance reconciliation and follow up, manage blocked invoices
- Systematic discussion related to vendors, handling reminders
- Advance A/P, Pre Paid, GR-IR reconciliation
- Cooperation with RTR on Monthly and Yearly closing steps
- Development of PTP process
- Implementing and maintaining best practices and control framework requirements of the relevantprocess
- Working on process improvement related KPIs
We believe you have
- University/College degree in Accounting or Economics
- 2-3 years of work experience in PTP area is strongly required
- Excel Pivot knowledge is a must
- SAP FI module knowledge is an advantage
- Chartered Accountant is an advantage
- Fluent in English and Hungarian, both written and oral is essential
- French/Italian/Spanish/Portuguese/German language is advantage
