Accounting Expert PtP

Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounting Expert PtP, who will be responsible for the coordination of incoming invoice booking and payment processes between different stakeholders and takes active participation in the process itself. You will also handle and adapt of centrally initiated changes in PTP process. You will participate in internal and external audits and supervise the finance processes of the migrated sites.                                                                                                                                               

This is a temporary position with 2-years fixed-term contract. You will be based in Budaörs, Hungary.

What you will do

• Invoice booking.
• Daily communication with outsourcing company, coding FI invoices, solving the issues and provide necessary information for booking.
• Daily interaction with the relevant SM department and PR creators to resolve invoice booking issues.
• Vendor balance reconciliation and follow up, manage blocked invoices.
• Systematic discussion related to vendors, handling reminders.
• Advance A/P, Pre-Paid, GR-IR reconciliation.
• Cooperation with RTR on Monthly and Yearly closing steps.
• Development of PTP process.
• Implementing and maintaining best practices and control framework requirements of the relevant process.
• Working on process improvement related KPIs.

We believe you have

• University/College degree in Accounting or Economics.
• 2-3 years of work experience in PTP area is must.
• Excel Pivot knowledge is a must.
• SAP FI module knowledge is an advantage.
• Chartered Accountant is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both written and oral is a must.
• French/Italian/Spanish/Portuguese/German language is advantage.
