Internship Program 2027
As part of the Tetra Pak Internship Program, you'll gain hands-on experience through meaningful projects that contribute to our purpose of making food safe and available, everywhere. The position will be based in Bogotá, Colombia.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What you will do
As an Operations and Maintenance Intern, you will:
- Support the global maintenance team in executing administrative and technical activities, including data analysis, report generation, email management, and interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational reports using tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel, contributing to process efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Assist in the management and verification of technical documentation related to customer issues, complaints, and preventive maintenance activities, ensuring data accuracy and record compliance.
- Collaborate with multicultural and remote teams in a dynamic environment, participating in global meetings, presenting weekly and monthly results, automating reports, and contributing to problem-solving initiatives, with a focus on productivity, quality, teamwork, and continuous learning.
We believe you have
- Bachelor Studies in Progress: Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Food, or Industrial); Business Administration; or Logistics
- Desirable Skills / Knowledge: Advanced English - able to communicate fluently and possesses strong reading and writing skills.Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio is preferred.Strong analytical profile with an interest in continuous improvement and industrial processes.
- Availability for internship: January 18 to June 7, 2027.
- Graduation expected: July 2027 or afterwards.
- Availability to work and commute to our site 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, during the full internship program.
