Internship Program 2026
The Tetra Pak Internship Programme aims to develop the potential talent of students through experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering them opportunities to develop on a personal and professional level. Our approach prepares new talent to face their next professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany them in their day-to-day life. In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new interns and kick-start the development of their full potential.
The position is based in Bogotá - CO.
Tetra Pak does not sponsor work or relocation visas for this position.
What you will do
As Customer Service Intern, you will also be able to:
- Support requests from sales representatives.
- Analyze data and generate tracking reports.
- Identifies opportunities to improve existing processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the service area.
Bachelor Studies in progress: Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering or related fields,
Desirable skills/knowledge:
- Analytical skills, solid communication and a desire to learn and contribute ideas.
- Intermediate English – Can hold basic conversations and has strong reading and writing skills.
- Microsoft Office ( Excel) Intermediate, Macro Knowledge is Plus
Short Description
As a Supply Chain Customer Service Intern you will:
- Execute the process of handling orders for packaging materials to supply these and additional products for our customers.
- Virtual customer service in the Andean region.
- Placement and invoicing of customer purchase orders.
- Tracking customer deliveries
- Active communication with our factories to coordinate production and on-time deliveries of orders.
Bachelor Studies in progress: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, International Trade, Logistics and related areas.
Desired Skills/Knowledge:
- Microsoft Excel advanced,
- Theoretical knowledge in logistics and supply chain, as well as customer service and inventory management,
- Desirable knowledge of Power BI and SAP,
- English: Intermediate.
- Communication is indispensable, dynamic and organizational
We believe you have
- Studies in one of the majors recommended for the selected position.
- Internship availability: between August 3 and July 5, either in 6 months (customer service intern) or 1 year (Supply Chain Customer Service intern), depending on the student's academic plan.
- Graduation expected in: The estimated graduation date will need to align with the length of the selected program: January 2027 for the 6-month program or July 2027 (or later) for the 1-year program.
- Availability to work in a hybrid way (3 days in the office and 2 days at home), 8 hours a day from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m ., during the full internship program.
