Internship Program 2026

The Tetra Pak Internship Programme aims to develop the potential talent of students through experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering them opportunities to develop on a personal and professional level. Our approach prepares new talent to face their next professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany them in their day-to-day life.  In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new interns and kick-start the development of their full potential. 

 

The position is based in Bogotá - CO.

 

Tetra Pak does not sponsor work or relocation visas for this position.

What you will do

As a Marketing intern, you will:

  • Analyze market trends, product positioning, and communication strategies.
  • Support the creation of materials and activities for innovation workshops with customers. Update the Marketing website with relevant news and content.
  • Develop and implement an internal communication plan to promote the use of the site. Collaborate with a diverse and multicultural team in an agile and creative environment.

 

Bachelor Studies in progress: Marketing, Corporate Communication, Graphic Design, Business Administration or related fields.

Desirable skills/knowledge:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Advanced PowerPoint and Intermediate-Advancing Excel).
  • It is advisable to familiarize yourself with AI tools, Mintel, Global Data, and Adobe Illustrator plus.
  • English: Advanced, can communicate fluently, with strong skills in both written and spoken.
  • An innovative and creative profile with analytical thinking and solid communication skills, Interest in learning, contributing ideas and working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

As a Commercial intern you will:

  • Support in the areas of Business and Commercial Development
  • Support with the sales team in daily tasks such as compilation of legal documents for contracts or tenders, updating customer communications, price monitoring, updating customer files and market reports
  • Coordinating market exits to track prices, products, and launches
  • Carry out scouting tasks to achieve new opportunities by taking the first steps of contacting prospects.
  • Support in the preparation of customer visits, presentations or workshops
  • Review of opportunities and leads in the sales management tool (Power BI, Sales Force) to keep the activity related to the maturation of the opportunities up to date
  • Participate in Committees of both areas and present the progress of their practice and/or projects in charge.

 

Bachelor Studies in progress: Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Food Engineering or related fields.

Desired Skills/Knowledge: 

  • Microsoft Office intermediate (Power point, Excel),
  • Power BI, Sales Force (SAP) a plus.
  • English: Advanced – Can communicate fluently, with strong skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Communication, teamwork, project leadership, interest in commercial area

We believe you have

  • Studies in one of the majors recommended for the selected position.
  • Availability for internship: between August 3 and January 11, 2027.
  • Estimated Graduation Date: Graduation is expected in January 2027 or later.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid way (3 days in the office and 2 days at home), 8 hours a day from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m , during the full internship program, 
    (The hybrid work schedule may change according to business needs)
